Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy Last updated: May 2026
Returns We do not accept returns. All sales are final. We request customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase.
Exchange Policy We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product arrives defective or non-functional
- You receive an incorrect item
To request an exchange, email samavamofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- A clear unboxing video showing the damage or defect
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped
- To cancel, email samavamofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Refunds
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind or accidental orders placed after the 12-hour window
- If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
- COD orders: refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details
Damaged/Lost in Transit If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will raise a complaint with the courier and initiate replacement or refund as applicable.
