Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Partners We ship through reliable courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and Xpressbees.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- A flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout for orders below ₹499
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available at select pincodes. Availability will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your order using the link provided.
Unsuccessful Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 re-attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
